BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 1500 block of Gunbarrel Road, being on the southeast line of Gunbarrel Road northeast of East Brainerd Road. Part of lot 7, Citizen Bank & Trust Company Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11 and the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 2 South, Range 3, West of the Basis Line, Ocoee District, as shown by plat of record in plat book 5, page 16, R.O.H.C., being all of the property described in deed book 3913, page 158, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 158E-D-14. from R-1 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Property is subject to Development Corridor Standards. 2. The dedication and acceptance of additional right- of-way, as required by the City Traffic Engineer. 3. Property is subject to one driveway. 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it, provided that this Ordinance shall not be operative until completion of Condition No. 2 in Section 2 above.
